Trip to WEBS

So it's that time of year again, WEBS Anniversary sale, Northampton, MA. I took the plunge. I went for a jaunt with my pals, Becca, Carey and Christopher (AKA Pumpkin)...packed in the Focus and off we went...I was too excited to get car sick, sitting in the front helps too! We arrived at WEBS, stretched our legs and went in...I had my list in hand and it fell to shite...that place is AMAZING...I threw caution to the wind and dug in...after a while, bout 2 hours, everything started to look the same and then it happened!

One of the owners, Steve, was walking around making sure we could find everything and asking us how we were doing. The staff are sooo wonderful and knowledgeable...there wasn't a question they could not answer and offered alternatives as well.
So I know it's Thursday but here is some eye candy, and guess what? I'm going back this Tuesday, last day of the sale!!!!! The pictures suck, but you will get the point...

Socks!

I am using the Plain Old Ragg Socks pattern from the book, Never knit your man a sweater unless you've got the ring, I do have to ring but...plus ten years of marriage...I guess I'm a little behind, huh? SHHHH, don't tell him!

I have turned the heel! Now it's time for the gusset, I am not sure I can hold my breath that long! I caught myself holding my breath the other day when I was working on the cable row of a scarf, it's not conscious, it's the fear of dropping a stitch!
